The Trenton Citizens Band was founded in 1962 by the late, Mr. Ted Snider.  It originated as a marching band and still enjoys playing a good ol' march piece.  Now, under the direction of Major Don Embree, The Trenton Citizens Band plays a variety of music including big band, pop and movie favourites.

One of the wonderful things about The Trenton Citizens Band is that it brings together people from all around the community, of all ages and from all walks of life to make music together and share it with the community.  We are open to anyone wishing to join and have lots of fun playing together.

The Trenton Citizens Band can be heard at Summer Concerts in the Parks in Trenton, Brighton and Belleville.  We play all the Strawberry Socials in the area (Songs & Strawberries make a great combination!) .  We support local music education with a concert in March and other community events.  We end the year celebrating the holiday season with our annual Christmas Concert.
